2014 sales in Hammock Oaks, Coral Gables

450 Rovino Avenue sold for $1.3 million in the first half of 2014 and is a lakefront 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with an attached 2-car garage plus circular driveway.  Its proud, new homeowners will enjoy entertaining, or relaxing, under the screened-in terrace with swimming pool; and the 18,000 square foot lot will lend itself to delighting in lots of sun-filled, South Florida days.
